Tabloid Media is one of the most popular forms of journalism in the nation. A tabloid is a news article or delivery with small pages, short articles, and a lot of photographic visuals. Tabloid Media is news delivery on social media websites, such as Youtube, E! News, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and many others.
The storylines are regularly sensational, structured to obtain attention from readers and viewers all over the globe. These content creators stay behind the latest news reports of celebrities', latest scandals, confrontation between music artists and actors, fatally tragic accidents, and whatever gossip you could think of. Their agenda is to please the people, because the people make the company and it's reputation. A real display of "Give the people what they want," said Groucho Marx.

Years ago, there was a tweet sent out about Canadian singer and songwriter, Justin Bieber, that announced his supposed death from a car crash. The tweet stated, "Rip Justin Bieber. No one should go that early." After the tweet was sent out and went viral shortly after, the hashtag "#JustinBieberDead" started trending. Likewise, there was an article posted, speaking of technicalities, including the speed he was reported driving and how the car flipped. Fortunately for the Bieber fans and family, Justin responded with "one...Im not dead. I had to check on this one...but it turns out Im alive." Justin is proved to be alive and unharmed. Mariah Carey was accused of having sexual affairs with one of her backup dancers, while married to her pervious fiancé(current at the time), James Packer. The rumors were proved right, as a video of Mariah Carey was exposed to the public of her grinding against the dancer, with his shirt pulled up. The video shows the dancer placing his hand on her dress and upper thigh, sexily. After Mariah Carey and Packer's engagement broke off, the two became a couple. The video was exclusively obtained by DailyMailTV, who then proceeded to share with the world.
Tabloid Media is a fancy title for an excuse to expose and gossip about celebrities' private lives. Journalists don't offer these celebrities a warning or ask for the true story. Rather, journalists create stories based on rumors and assumptions, and with the power to influence public perceptions, they also use what they've heard from other sources. Some situations, like Mariah Carey's for example, are true to what the the public has been told. However, this does not disregard the respect of privacy that celebrities rightfully own, much like any other individual out there.
